A: Yes to those insurance companies with the capabilities, using Navicure or ENS as the clearinghouse. Paper claims are still used for insurance companies that do not have the capability of recieving electronic claims, or claims requiring additional documention. Our claims software "scrubs" claims for accuracy using the same edits that Medicare and Commercial Insurance companies use so that errors are found and corrected before the claim goes out, meaning you get paid faster. | Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: Fees are based on collections. We only charge you a percentage of your collections. The national average for billing service fees is 8.5%. While we will likely charge you less than that rate, keep in mind that as in most things, you get what you pay for. Since we are focused only on maximizing your reimbursement, we can make sure that your A/R gets all the attention it requires.
